Newbie seeking help in setting Bipac 8200N as modem

Hi
We are with TalkTalk Fast Fiber(FTTC) and we wish to change to an installation of separate modem and Deco M9 mesh for our home use.
In this regard how can I set up Bipac 8200N as modem only.
Please help.

See attached screen shot, once done click on 'Save Config' at the bottom of the page and click on 'Apply'

Then disconnect any devices connected to the 8200N and only connect your Deco Mesh to the 8200N, then finally set the Deco's WAN to IP over Ethernet (Obtain A IP Address Automatically) and reboot the 8200N.

And do you think 8200N is suited for my needs-Fast fibre/TalkTalk/FTTC outside the house and TP Link Deco M9 Triband mesh inside the house?

The setup above is changing the 8200N to a modem only, so it won't provide internet access to wifi/Ethernet clients, plus the 8200N is indoor unit not fit for outdoor use

My question is regarding suitability of using 8200N as modem between my fast fibre FTTC connection and Deco M9 mesh

Oh I get you now lol, the device is dated (discontinued a long time ago) and you might get better performance from a newer FTTC/VDSL modem

Try out our Bipac 8800NL R2
