No DSL

Post by IP1LTS »

I seem to have suffered a small power outage today (not unusual for where I live).

When I came home the router had rebooted and the WiFi was up and running but there was no connection. The DSL LED was flashing.

I tried a reboot, same result.

I reset the router. But during setup it reported a problem with the line.

I tried my original ee brightbox router and all worked as expected, indicating an issue with the Billion router.

Any ideas or has the power cut fried my router?

Sounds like a power surge has fried the DSL part of the router.
