My motorola mobile phone supports WiFi calling. However the phone doesn't connect to WiFi calling in my home, it does elsewhere. is there a router setting I need to change?

Then disconnect from the 8800AXL R2 and reconnect, also turn on flight mode, and then disable flight mode
Also is your mobile provider EE??

Thanks for your reply and solution. I have disabled IPsec and problem is resolved with WiFi calling symbol now showing. What is IPsec?
Yes I am with EE, is this common problem?

Its not a security risk, just allowing protocol through
