8800NL R2 DDNS - Invalid Session

Post by civvy666 »

Hi,

Bought myself as Billion 8800NL R2 today and been trying to set up Dynamic DNS.
I use noip.com which i assume from your drop down option it's no-ip.com.

Now, I've used these settings my previous router and had no issues, but when I input the details into the 8800 and press apply i get the following message:
"Invalid Session Key, please try again"

I've tried logging out and back in to renew the session, but no matter what I do, the options will not save and I always get the above message.

Any suggestions?

Appreciate any help.

Current firmware: 2.52.d15

The only time "Invalid Session Key, please try again" occurs is because of the following

1. You have multiple tabs open logged into the router
2. You use the back button instead of the left hand column options
3. If you are using router stats which logins to the router, disable router stats when configuring the router to avoid this issue.

I would advise trying to close down your web browser (including all tabs) and open one tab only then login to router and try again.
