8800NL R2 - system log

Hi all,
I'm getting a reset overnight on a regular basis at around 01:00. It could be DLM. The number of lines stored in the system log seems limited and I don't see entries from around 01:00.
Can the log size be extended?
Also, is there a doc that explains what the messages could mean?
