Configuration Menus Not Expanding

Post by K3NART »

Hi everyone
Went to log into my router last night and noticed that the menus on the left side are not expanding when I click on them.
Only the main menu heading is visible.
I am unable to access the sub menus in the red box.
Anyone had this problem before.
I am using a MacBook with safari. I have tried with Firefox but still the same problem.
The same happens for the other main headings, none of the sub menus are available.
Nothing has changed on my laptop since the last time I accessed the router.

Try restarting the router, what was the model as I notice you have VOIP option (no 8900 series UK models have the VOIP option)

I have restarted the router a couple of times but still the same.
That image was just grabbed from the internet to use as an example.
I'm not sure of the exact model until I get home tonight.
Thanks for the reply.

A little more info:
When I access the router user interface I noticed that the bar that scrolls along the top to show the progress when loading the page seems to stop about half way along, as if it's still trying to load more info...

That's strange, if possible try with a different PC or tablet/mobile

Logged in tonight using safari on my iPhone and everything works as it should. I can see all the sub menus.
Looks like it is something to do with my MacBook
