Missing page in GUI

Post by frogfoot »

Hi,
Ive recently upgraded the firmware on my 8900-2400 to 2.52.d36 from 2.52.d27 and all seemed to be working correctly for a few days, however this morning I noticed that I can no longer view the 5Ghz Wifi Advanced page in the GUI. The frame goes blank and cannot seem to find bnwladv.html
any ideas?

Try using a different web browser and PC.

If that fails try a reboot of the router

I've tried Internet Explorer, Chrome and Edge, with no success. I'm not keen on rebooting at the moment as I am in the line training phase having just switched broadband suppliers (They did a DLM reset). I'll wait for a few days then give it a go.

Something to consider, is d36 has a newer 5ghz driver (when compared with d27) so it is advised to upgrade with factory default settings and manually reconfigure the device again when upgrading.

Let see how you get on after a couple of days with the reboot first
