Hi just a quick question The Post Office Connection Is Set Up Like B.T. Internet eg

1. Reset the unit back to factory default settings
2. Login to device on http://192.168.1.254
3. Use the username 'admin' and password 'admin' to login
4. Click on' Configuration >> WAN'
5. Edit the PTM >> PPPOE profile
6. Ensure the '802.1Q VLAN ID' is set to 101 and the '802.1P Priority' is set to 0
7. Enter the username 'bthomehub@btinternet.com' and the password 'BT' (case sensitive)
8. Click on 'Apply'
9. Check to see if the internet LED turns 'green'

But is the The username and password different is standard like B.T. does anyone no what it is or is it user defined

The broadband username and password will be different, best to check with ISP to confirm

Yes I found on another website it will be slightly different from B.T. it will be something like yourusername@btbroadband.com AND the password my still be B.T.
