8900X R3 Dual Wan settings

I'd like some help with getting the dual wan capability working, please.
Failover is enabled with the DSL as the master and 3G/4G as the slave.
The Hauwei modem on the approved list is shown as enabled and connected to the 3 network on the Wan Service configuration page.
When I disconnect the DSL line the modem does not takeover.
Any ideas?

1. Disconnect the DSL line
2. Wait around 2 minutes
3. Login to the router
4. Take a screen shot of the 'Status' page of the router
5. Take a screen shot of the 'Status >> WAN'
6. Post the screen shots here, so I can check if the router is failing over to the Huawei modem

From the screen shots its looks like the WAN interface has switched to the 4G connection. (the router has obtained the WAN IP address of 192.168.1.100 from the modem)

You should be able to login to modem on 192.168.1.1 while connected to billion and check if the WAN connection on the modem is up (I have noticed you have changed the IP address of the Billion, so that should not be a issue)

From what it looks like is there no connection on the modem (as the router is doing its job of failing over and obtaining the internal IP from the modem, so it thinks the connection is up)

Thank you. I will have to investigate the modem. It reports that it is connected but the Windows troubleshooter says that it can't connect to the primary DNS server. Clearly the router is doing what it's supposed to.
