Here are the next steps requested form our engineers

1.Is the dongle Huawei e3276 support AU Band ? (I assume yes)



Then please do below some testing :

Test1: If it is supported, Please do the dongle reset to default --> Then downgrade to 2.52.d30

Test2: If dongle works on 2.52.d30, Please upgrade FW to Zcomax8900AX2400_2.52.d45j_e3276_2.afw and test again.

Test3: If Test 1 and Test 2 both failed, Please upgrade the latest new test FW = Zcomax8900AX2400_2.52.d45j_e3276_3.afw and test again.

Not sure what you've written there unless I've missed something. The dongle works on 2.52.d30 as it should, thought this was clear to you. You have the log for this. Any other firmware fails and you have logs. So let me know what you want me to do?

Or you can test e3276_3 and see if it works lol

Let me know next step or can we use this firmware for Australian units. Also, we have 8700VAX units with same issue. How do we go about updating the firmware for these units or will this just now happen?
