The green LED lights 2.4g and 5g band are lit solid green as are both DLS and internet
What does ping the router once connected to the wireless connection mean ?
I haven't set up anything else on the router - it is only used to access internet wirlessly on phones / tablets.

How do i send you a back up of the config file ?

Bet you are sorry you offered to help now :|

Thanks.
1. Once you are connected to the network, try and access http://192.168.1.254 this will test the connectivity to the router
2. Once connected to the router if you have a windows machine open command prompt and type in 'ipconfig'and press enter and let us know your IP address
3. Make a backup of the config file by click on 'Configuration >> System >> Backup/Update >> Back Up Settings' save the file to location on your computer and submit a ticket on the link I sent
4. If you login to the router and click on 'Status >> DHCP' are you able to see your wireless devices listed here

If needed you can always flash the firmware back to 2.32b and see if you can get the wireless connections working

Hi my ip address is 86.134.111.97 but this is off web search ' what is my ip address ' ( tried the run command and got a black screen with info flashed on the laptop screen then disappeared in the blink of an eye )
I can see after DCHP that 2 devices are connected one is the laptop via ethernet cable into the back of the router the other is a tablet which in itself definately isnt connected ?
Tried saving a backup file and saved it to USB stick I cant open it myself because it says windows cannot open this file tried thd suggestion of using the web to find the programme associated with it and cant do that because ive no internet

going to send it via the link you suggested hopefully you can see the settings
thanks
