Hi,

My wireless signal locks up on a regular basis. I am using a macbook and I have to turn the Airport off and then on again to regain the signal. The router appears to be operating correctly in that all the lights are green and flashing etc.

The laptop is in the same room as the router.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Submit a ticket on our esupport system found here

You will need your system log, for further investigation

You can find your system log by following these steps

1. Login to the router web configuration page on http://192.168.1.254
2. Use the username 'admin' and the password 'admin' to login
3. Click on 'Advanced'
4. Click on 'Status'
5. Click on 'System Log'
6. Copy and paste the whole system log to wordpad/notepad file and send it over to us.
