7402X Admin Login

Hi I have a Billion 7402X with firmware revision 6.04b.ds1 and hardware version Solos-W USB/ADSL-M v1.00 . I find ican only login to the router after it has been freshly reset. If i leave it overnight and try and login I get the "unable to make connection" message in IE9. I've tried everything I can think of to cure this problem. If anyone can shed any light on this I would be grateful. Thanks.
