FAO billion_fan Time Stamp on posts

Post by Tomken »

On a previous visit to the forum, I noticed that the time stamp on one of my posts was showing BST and not GMT.

This is a test post to check that the timings are now GMT and the time stamp on this should show approx 9.08am

A reply from Admin to a pm yesterday on this matter assured me that this should have been rectified by now.

EDIT - Time stamp is showing as 10.08am so this has not been rectified.

Perhaps something can be done about this.

Best Regards

Tom

You need to reset it yourself....

User Control Panel > Board Preferences> Summer Time (Change radio button)

Further to the above:

I use what I think is a nicer date/time format;

User Control Panel > Board Preferences > My Date Format > Custom (bottom of drop down menu)
Copy & Paste in... D d-m-Y, G:i

Thanks everyone - I'd seen the button but assumed it was to auto change for BST with it already defaulted to BST.

Perhaps that could be something that's added to the forum ?
