Port Forwarding is Intermittent on one Port

Hi,
I have a 7402Gx. I have my fibre connected to port 1 & no DSL connection. I have 4 dvr 's running on this router, 3 x Hikvision & 1 x Giovision. I have no problems with the Hikvision servers at all.
The Geovision server has a daily problem that is related to our mobile connection only, running on port 8866. When trying to connect all the mobile connections gives an Ip or Port missing error on our mobile devices. When rebooting the router the problem is then solved. What could be causing this to happen? Is it some setting in the router that could be the problem?
I have rebooted the Geovision server & the issues was not resolved, so hence me trying this forum, as the problem seems to be related to the router.
