8900AX-2400 power pack overheating?

I was checking standby power usage on all my household devices to reduce unneccesary power usage with costs rising.
The 15 volt power pack powering the router is uncomfortably HOT to the touch. Hotter than any other power pack in the house.
The router is running happily and has been since installed.

The meter I was using confirms that the power draw is correct to the spec. Slightly warm is to be expected but Is hot normal?

I'll have to check my PSU when I get home, (as I use the 2400 at home, but not with the official 15v PSU, so I will grab a spare and leave it on over night to check if it gets hot)

I did check our 1600 R2, which uses the same power supply and it was not hot

I left the power supply on overnight with my 2400 and it got warm but not hot.
